Biography

Liu Jianyi, President of Chongqing Yihengyan Medical Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, Ph.D. in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, postgraduate supervisor, and former Director of the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. President Liu Jianyi graduated from the Department of Plastic Surgery of Third Military Medical University in 1998. After graduation, he worked in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Southwest Hospital of Third Military Medical University until the end of 2015, when he transferred to the Second Affiliated Hospital. During his postgraduate studies, his supervisor was the renowned “General-level Professor” Li Shirong, a professor of plastic and aesthetic surgery at Third Military Medical University. He has completed various plastic and aesthetic surgeries as chief surgeon and has published more than 30 professional papers, contributed to the compilation of 3 monographs, and received 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China grant, 1 Chongqing Natural Science Foundation grant, 1 Chongqing Science and Technology Award, and 1 national invention patent. He has repeatedly participated in high-level academic conferences at home and abroad, delivering presentations and serving as session chair.
